Malti (picture above) is an author of several personal development books, an executive coach and a Facilitator of transformation. Her books now in Singapore are called The Mind Spa – ignite your inner life coach and Don’t Think of a Blue Ball both published by Om Books International.
Currently she spends half of her time in private coaching and facilitating small teams in YPO,EO or in organizations and the rest of her time in Client development and delivery of deep transformational workshops with Aberkyn Change Leadership Partners. (Co founded by McKinsey and Co)

What will you be sharing about at the conference?
At this event I will share what really drives our behaviors. Our disempowering or unhelpful behaviours come from a perception of fear that some of our basic needs may not be met. How these thoughts and feelings of fears cause us to react to situations in ways that do not help us achieve what we so desire and that one of the biggest Foes or enemy to success is our Fear Of Effort.

Lillian is an independent consultant and researcher in pricing, marketing channels, marketing strategy and tacit knowledge. She has consulted for various international businesses including Internet start-ups, luxury brand companies, fashion designers, entertainment companies, Fortune 500 companies and high-tech firms. In the recent decade, she has gotten more concentrated in the area of pricing and is in the midst of co-authoring two books on pricing with Kent Monroe who is famed as the founder of the field of behavioral pricing.

I will talk about effective pricing strategies to build and achieve sales excellence.
